We can bring it back to Factory specs. We can also provide OEM parts, replacements if the part is obsolete and at affordable prices.

FIELD SERVICE
Scheduled service is another way we help our customers. We can schedule service for once or twice a year to perform Preventive maintenance, to keep your Laser running at peak performance.
Emergency service. Sometimes your Laser is down and you need it back-up immediately. If we are available, we can usually be on-site the next day if at all possible to get you up and running again.
We provide telephone technical support. Call us if you need help with your Raytheon Laser. Many times we can help you fix the problem over the phone, and if we spend less than half an hour with you on the phone there is usually no charge.
THIS IS WHY WE DO IT
Our goal is to keep your Raytheon Laser System(s) up and running as long as possible. Many of our customers rely on their Lasers even after they purchase a brand new system. They go back to using the Raytheon because they have difficulty getting the same weld quality as they did with the Raytheon.
